7. Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer may not be eligible for refund or reshipment. Additional charges may apply for re-delivery.
8. Damaged or Missing Items
If you receive a damaged product or if any item is missing:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Share clear photos or videos for verification
We will assist you with replacement or resolution as per our policy.
